This Perelada Brut Nature has been made with wines of the three typical cava varieties, selected among the best of the 2014 vintage.
Varietals: Parellada (65%), Xarel·lo (20%), Macabeu (15%).
Ageing: Twelve months in bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting notes Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva : Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva 2022 is a cava with a bright, pale-yellow hue and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it presents clean aromas of green apple and pear, accompanied by subtle ageing notes. On the palate, it is dry and smooth, with a balanced complexity and a well-defined profile.
