Fresh and stretched cheese made with pasteurized buffalo milk through natural milk fermentation. Fresh, white porcelain color cheese, with an elastic consistency. Its structure is slightly melting and its taste is sweet and acidulous at the same time. The aroma is typical. Spherical cheese, packed with its preserving brine into different packaging .To be stored and handled it must be kept refrigerated at a temperature of +4 °C.
